Your order will be processed from Monday to Saturday.

-> There's NO shipping supplier available on Sunday where I live.

Usually, your order will be processed in a 24 to 48 hour time frame.

At the moment (March 2022), I don't experience extra delays.

Every order (EXCEPT print on demand) comes with a tracking number so that you can know where your parcel is and when you may expect it.

FOR PHYSICAL STATIONERY ONLY:

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days AFTER you received your goods, for any reason and with no justification.

The package must be in perfect condition, never opened, used or re-sealed.

I won't reimburse the return, it remains at your expense.

I'll refund the portion of your order that you never received.

Of course, you can keep and use the product you receive by error.

Since 2017, for every purchase be it a PDF or a physical item, I'm planting ONE tree.

Due to Covid-19 & lack of funds, I'm still searching for sustainable options to minimize my Carbon offset.

I'm committed to work with suppliers who are as carbon neutral as possible, use FSC paper, recycle & reuse the materials.

My mission to have a green impact on the Planet comes with bold choices like minimal packaging, fighting the unboxing waste trends, etc...

-> Legal obligations like customs declaration MUST be done by following strict rules: a plastic bag + 2 invoices + 1 declaration. It can't be done another way.

I do my best to balance the safety of your order, the legal obligations and how I package your goodies.

At the moment, it's not feasible to ship using only eco-friendly boxes.

If you can, reuse and/or recycle the packaging. Every tiny step counts.
